Effective date: June 1, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Nivelera platform (“Service”) operated by Nivelera (“Company”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Nivelera provides downloadable educational workbooks aligned to K-12 academic standards including CCSS, Virginia SOL, and Texas TEKS. Content is sold as digital downloads (PDF files) and may be purchased as individual workbooks or grade-level bundles.

To purchase content you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must provide accurate information and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Purchases and Payments

All prices are listed in US dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe. By completing a purchase you authorize the charge to your payment method. All sales of digital products are final — we do not offer refunds on downloaded content except where required by applicable law.

5. License to Use Content

Upon purchase, Nivelera grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the purchased workbook(s) for personal or classroom educational purposes. You may:

  • Print copies for personal or single-classroom use
  • Display content on a screen for direct instruction

You may not:

  • Redistribute, resell, or share files with others outside your classroom
  • Upload content to file-sharing platforms
  • Modify or create derivative works for commercial use
  • Remove copyright or attribution notices

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Nivelera platform, including workbook text, problems, illustrations, and design, is the property of Nivelera or its content partners and is protected by copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nivelera shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the affected purchase.
