Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Nivelera platform (“Service”) operated by Nivelera Learning, LLC (“Company”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Nivelera provides downloadable educational workbooks aligned to K-12 academic standards including CCSS, Virginia SOL, and Texas TEKS. Content is sold as digital downloads (PDF files) and may be purchased as individual workbooks or grade-level bundles.

3. Account Registration

To purchase content you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must provide accurate information and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Purchases and Payments

All prices are listed in US dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe. By completing a purchase you authorize the charge to your payment method. All sales of digital products are final — we do not offer refunds on downloaded content except where required by applicable law.

5. License to Use Content

Upon purchase, Nivelera Learning, LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable personal license to use the purchased workbook(s) for your own educational purposes. You may:

• Download and print one (1) copy for your own personal or professional reference use
• Display content on a screen for your own study or direct instruction to your class
• Reproduce and distribute individual pages or excerpts (e.g., a single problem set, quiz, or worksheet) to students in your direct care for assessment or instructional purposes, provided the excerpts do not constitute a substantial portion of the full workbook and are not used as a substitute for students obtaining their own copy

You may not:

• Distribute the complete workbook PDF or a substantially complete reproduction to students or others
• Redistribute, resell, or share the PDF file with colleagues or third parties
• Upload content to file-sharing platforms, learning management systems, or cloud storage accessible to others
• Modify or create derivative works for commercial use
• Remove copyright or attribution notices

Classroom and school use: If you need every student to have access to the full workbook, or wish to deploy workbooks across multiple classrooms or an entire school or district, a school or district license is required. School licenses grant a defined number of seats access to a collection of workbooks at a custom price. Contact us at support@nivelera.com or visit our contact page to discuss your needs.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Nivelera platform, including workbook text, problems, illustrations, and design, is the property of Nivelera or its content partners and is protected by copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nivelera Learning, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the affected purchase.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified by email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
